Once enrolled as a member of the European Convention Bureau you will receive the following benefits during your membership.
1. We will immediately send you by e-mail over 1,600 inquiries which we have collected on our stands at the Business Travel Show, Confex, IMEX, the IT&ME, the BTC in Florence and the EIBTM. Most of these have been qualified by the number of events they organize each year and the maximum and minimum numbers involved. Between them, they organize over 16,000 events of all sizes every year.
2. We will e-mail you with the lists of all the people who have accepted our invitation to attend our Soirées. Last summer from 130 acceptances, more than 100 buyers actually attended including many from major companies and organizations.
3. We will distribute the brochures you send to our stands at the six exhibitions we attend. These usually, though not always, include the IT&ME in Chicago, Confex in London, the EIBTM in Barcelona, the BTC in Florence, the Business Travel Show and Imex in Frankfurt.
4. Following each show where we have exhibited, we will e-mail you a list of the visitors to our stand, in almost every case qualified as described above in (1.)
5. You will have a full colour page on our very popular internet site at www.euro-congres.org which is used by thousands of meeting planners to select venues and facilities for their functions in Europe. We also include a hypertext link to provide visitors to our site with a gateway into your own site.
6. As a member of the European Convention Bureau, you will be entitled to send up to two of your staff to network with the guests at our Summer Soirée held in London and our Winter Soirée in Barcelona. Here, over a luxury buffet supper, you will meet buyers from some of Britain and Europe's largest and most important, companies and organizations. At both these events you can invite your own guests, provided you confirm their details with us first. You will be invited to any other functions we organize during your membership.
7. For non-native English speakers, we offer to check the English in your publicity material, at no extra cost.
8. Upon joining, we will send you a high quality Member's Plaque to display at your premises.
